Returns and Exchanges

We currently do not accept returned items and cannot offer exchanges for purchased items. We are not responsible for items that are ordered by mistake (eg. shirts that are the wrong size) and these items cannot be returned or replaced. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item.

On Demand Items

Many of our items offered are available as on-demand products from various facilities around the world. They are not sent by I Like To Make Stuff and therefore cannot be returned back to us. If you have an issue with your order, you can reach out to us and we will do our best to figure out a solution. You may also be redirected directly to the apparel fulfillment company for further assistance.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us directly. Upon review, we reserve the right to issue or decline refunds for a product based on the circumstances of the order and the quality of the delivery. Requests for refunds are not guaranteed. Please do not send items back to us. Items returned are made at the customer’s expense and do not guarantee refunds.

Delays

Many products are processed and shipped directly by us at I Like To Make Stuff. We ask that you allow 1-3 business days for processing before we can ship the product that you have purchased. If you have purchased an on demand item, your order should be processed quickly and you should receive update notifications directly.
